En utilisant l'application Jaango, vous acceptez les présentes conditions d'utilisation. Si vous n'acceptez pas ces conditions, veuillez ne pas utiliser l'application.
2. Description du service
Jaango est une application de tontine digitale qui permet à des groupes de femmes solidaires d'épargner et d'accéder à des prêts communautaires via Mobile Money (Wave, Orange Money).
3. Inscription et compte
Pour utiliser Jaango, vous devez créer un compte avec des informations exactes et payer une carte de membre. Vous êtes responsable de la confidentialité de votre mot de passe.
4. Paiements et prêts
Les paiements sont effectués via Wave ou Orange Money. Les prêts sont accordés selon les règles du groupe et validés par l'administrateur. Jaango n'est pas responsable des litiges entre membres.
5. Vérification d'identité
La vérification CNI est obligatoire pour accéder aux prêts. Les documents soumis doivent être authentiques. Toute fraude entraîne la suspension immédiate du compte.
6. Responsabilités
Jaango se réserve le droit de suspendre tout compte en cas d'utilisation frauduleuse. Nous ne sommes pas responsables des pertes financières liées à une mauvaise utilisation de l'application.
7. Modifications
Jaango se réserve le droit de modifier ces conditions à tout moment. Les utilisateurs seront notifiés des changements importants.

By using the Jaango application, you agree to these terms of use. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use the application.
2. Service Description
Jaango is a digital tontine application that allows groups of solidarity women to save and access community loans via Mobile Money (Wave, Orange Money).
3. Registration and Account
To use Jaango, you must create an account with accurate information and pay a membership card fee. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your password.
4. Payments and Loans
Payments are made via Wave or Orange Money. Loans are granted according to group rules and validated by the administrator. Jaango is not responsible for disputes between members.
5. Identity Verification
CNI verification is mandatory to access loans. Submitted documents must be authentic. Any fraud results in immediate account suspension.
6. Responsibilities
Jaango reserves the right to suspend any account in case of fraudulent use. We are not responsible for financial losses related to misuse of the application.
7. Modifications
Jaango reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of important changes.

5. التحقق من الهوية
التحقق من الهوية إلزامي للوصول إلى القروض. يجب أن تكون الوثائق المقدمة أصلية. أي احتيال يؤدي إلى تعليق الحساب فوراً.
6. المسؤوليات
تحتفظ جانغو بالحق في تعليق أي حساب في حالة الاستخدام الاحتيالي. نحن لسنا مسؤولين عن الخسائر المالية المرتبطة بسوء استخدام التطبيق.
7. التعديلات
تحتفظ جانغو بالحق في تعديل هذه الشروط في أي وقت. سيتم إخطار المستخدمين بالتغييرات المهمة.
